Your User Agreement Explained

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sx77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the sx77 platform at sx77.bid, including its licensed subsidiaries and operating entities.
• "Platform" means the sx77 website at sx77.bid and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, gaming products, sportsbook functions and account management tools.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any natural person who has registered an account with sx77 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered and maintained by you on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which sx77 processes all player transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, match bonus amounts or other incentive-based credits added to your Account balance by sx77.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before withdrawal of any associated winnings becomes eligible.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other approved payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Verification" means the identity and age confirmation process conducted by sx77 or its authorised third-party KYC partners to confirm a Player's eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means the international gaming regulations under which sx77 is licensed and operates.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sx77 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing any bet or wager, accepting any promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the sx77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including without limitation the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting sx77 support.

sx77 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

03 Eligibility

Use of the sx77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sx77 strictly prohibits the registration and use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by Applicable Law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All Account activity must be conducted solely for your own personal entertainment and wagering purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent or representative of sx77, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion agreement, whether issued by sx77 or any other licensed gaming operator, that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.

04 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration. To access the gaming features of the sx77 Platform, you must register an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid contact email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) sx77 Account only. Creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. sx77 reserves the right to close all Accounts held by the same individual and to forfeit any balances and bonuses therein if multiple Accounts are identified.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. sx77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must notify sx77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Verification. sx77 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address or payment method. You agree to cooperate fully with all Verification requests. sx77 may suspend or close your Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of Verification.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your sx77 Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, you will be required to complete any pending Verification. Remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful Verification and subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. sx77 currently supports the following payment channels for PKR deposits and withdrawals:

5.2 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. sx77 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of Verification as described in Section 4.4. sx77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits where possible.

5.4 Platform Fees. sx77 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your chosen payment provider are your sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by sx77.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by sx77 are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms will prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotional details for each offer. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the sx77 Platform contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the applicable promotional terms.

6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not claim the same offer multiple times, including through duplicate Accounts.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. sx77 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses with no genuine intention to play, low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, and the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived funds forfeited.

6.6 Amendments to Promotions. sx77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances will be notified of any material changes to the terms governing those balances.

07 Gaming Rules & Sportsbook Conditions

7.1 Casino Games. All casino slot games, live dealer tables and table games available on the sx77 Platform operate in accordance with individual game rules published within each game's interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently certified and displayed for all featured titles. sx77 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all non-live casino games.

7.2 Sports Betting & Cricket Sportsbook. All bets placed through the sx77 sportsbook, including cricket betting on PSL, Test series, T20Is, ODIs and international tournaments, are subject to the sx77 Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Key conditions include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. sx77 reserves the right to correct any manifest odds errors before settlement.
• In-play (live) betting decisions are final once the relevant market has been settled, subject to the right of sx77 to void bets where a technical error or data feed failure affected the odds.
• Match abandonments, postponements and walkovers will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant competition type.
• Cash-out offers are available on selected markets and are subject to the cash-out value displayed at the time of the player's request, which may differ from the potential settlement value.

7.3 Maximum Winnings. sx77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per session or per day across all gaming categories. These limits will be communicated in the relevant game or sportsbook interface and may be applied at sx77's sole discretion.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection or system error during an active game session, sx77 will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on the last verified game state. Where no verified state is recoverable, the relevant stake may be returned to the Player's Account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sx77 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where required by Applicable Law, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or Verification.
• Use of the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, glitches or errors in any game, odds feed or payment system.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals raised in bad faith following legitimate Platform use.
• Impersonation of any other person or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to sx77 systems, databases or other player Accounts.
• Aggressive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct directed at sx77 support staff or other members of the Platform community.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the sx77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, the sx77 brand name and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to sx77 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sx77. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The sx77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, sx77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy, availability, reliability or error-free operation.

10.2 sx77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even where sx77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 In all cases where sx77 is found to be liable, sx77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your sx77 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

11 Responsible Gaming

sx77 is fully committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices across its entire Pakistani player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders directly from their Account dashboard at any time, without any application process or waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly PKR deposit limits that restrict the maximum amount you can add to your Account within the relevant period.
• Session Loss Limits: Limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a single gaming session.
• Win-Stop Controls: Auto-termination of gaming sessions when a specified win threshold is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term Account closure for players who wish to cease gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed for the stated exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders of the duration of your gaming session, configurable from within your Account settings.

sx77 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any Account where indicators of problem gambling behaviour are identified, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions. This is a player welfare measure and forms part of sx77's obligations under its international gaming licence.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

sx77's collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by the sx77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for purposes including Account management, identity Verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and (where you have consented) marketing communications. sx77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with authorised third-party Verification providers, payment processors and regulatory bodies as required by Applicable Law or our licensing obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by sx77, subject to any retention obligations imposed by Applicable Law. Please contact our support team to exercise any such rights.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sx77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, sx77 will endeavour to provide notice via email to your registered email address or via a Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the sx77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The version of the Terms & Conditions that was in effect at the time of any disputed activity will govern the resolution of that dispute unless the amended terms expressly apply retroactively.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the sx77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to sx77's operating licence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and sx77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting sx77's customer support team. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by sx77's licensing authority. sx77's internal complaint-handling procedure is available on request from the support team.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under Applicable Law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
